Mr. Ravi Jacob began his career in the family business of timber
and plywood manufacturing. In 1992, he diversified his interests
and ventured into the real estate business, establishing Trine
Holdings with offices in Kochi and Bengaluru. With over 25
years of experience in the construction industry, he has
successfully completed more than 25 projects across
residential, commercial and Hospitality sector.
Mr. Jacob is a member of Credai, Kochi, and has served as the
the President of Credai Kochi from 2019 to 2023. He is currently
serving as the Credai State chairman 2023-2025. Mr Ravi is
highly respected within his network and always willing to lend a
helping hand. Through his involvement with various charities he has made a significant impact on the community. Additionally, he played a key role in establishing WAKE (World Association of Knanaya Entrepreneurs), a charitable organization.
Sarah Jacob is the Director of Trine Holdings. She has over 20 years of experience In consulting and real estate development. She Started her career in IT Consulting and has worked over a decade in MNC’s like Accenture, IBM in Central London. Sarah moved to India in 2010 and has been actively working in the family business.
Sarah has completed the real estate management program at IIM-Bangalore. She has worked on residential, commercial, and hospitality projects and has an in-depth understanding of the real estate business in India. She also has a separate vertical that caters to luxury segment interior turnkey projects that takes on high-end hospitability, commercial and residential projects.
Sarah Jacob played a vital role in the successful execution of Trine Holdings' resort project, where she collaborated with Mahindra Holidays in Mumbai. Her diligent efforts and expertise ensured that the project was completed with the utmost precision and within the stipulated timeline. Her in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of resorts and hotels varies from design to the execution of the entire hotel, including the engineering, MEP, sanctions, and interiors. She is a one-stop solution to overall project execution.
Sarah is also an active member of the Credai National team and is currently the Credai National Secretary – Women's Wing (2023- 2025).She has also served as the Credai Youth wing National South Zone secretary ( 2021- 2023). As a part of the Credai Skilling initiatives in partnership with the Pradhan mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) program, Sarah Jacob has trained the highest number of construction laborers in South India in 2019.
